필리핀 보홀에 위치한 비치클럽은 88개의 객실을 갖추고 있으며 리조트의 객실과 부대시설을 더욱 높은 수준으로 강화해 보다 안락한 휴식 공간과 서비스를 제공합니다.
또한 다낭, 사이판 지역의 추가 개발로 보다 폭 넓은 연계 서비스를 제공하고자 합니다.
중국 천륜 콘도미니엄과 제휴를 통해 보다 넓은 지역에서 편안한 휴가를 보낼 수 있도록 하였으며, 리조트 전문 컨설팅 업체와의 제휴로 리조트를 성공적으로 운영하며 글로벌 리조트 전문기업의 역량을 확보해 나가도록 하겠습니다.
다양한 공간과 체인을 확보하기 위해 신설보다는 기존의 리조트를 리모델링 함으로써 고객의 부담을 최소화 하기 위해 노력하고 있으며, 앞으로도 끊임 없는 고객 가치 창출을 통해 미래 여가 문화를 선도하는 대표 리조트 브랜드로 자리매김 하겠습니다.
KOSCO Resort confirmed the business potential through continuous market research, recruited foreign experts, and established a local corporation in the Philippines with 100% equity capital.
The Beach Club, located in Bohol, Philippines, has 88 rooms and provides a more comfortable resting space and services by enhancing the resort's guest rooms and facilities to a higher level.
In addition, we plan to provide a wider range of connected services through additional development in Da Nang and Saipan.
Through a partnership with Tianlun Condominium in China, we have made it possible to spend a comfortable vacation in a wider area, and we will successfully operate the resort in partnership with a consulting company specializing in resorts and secure the capabilities of a professional global resort company.
In order to secure various spaces and chains, we are trying to minimize the burden on customers by remodeling existing resorts rather than establishing new ones.
